1 – Definition and Nature of Personal Data

Regarding any prospecting activities directed at customers, their data may be retained for a period of three years from the end of the business relationship.

Personal data relating to a prospect who is not a customer may be retained for a period of three years from its collection or from the prospect’s last contact.

At the end of this three-year period, we may contact you again to find out whether you wish to continue receiving commercial solicitations.

7.2 – Regarding management of opt-out lists for prospecting:

Information enabling us to honor your right to object is retained for a minimum of three years from the date the right to object was exercised.

7.3 – Regarding audience measurement statistics:

Information stored on users’ devices or any other element used to identify users and enable their traceability or track their visits will not be retained beyond 6 months.
