Hostnlib is a media outlet and reference platform in the field of short-term rentals and rental property management, aimed at property owners, hospitality professionals, and property managers. The site notably offers: news articles, guides, and practical advice relating to short-term rentals, rental management, and hospitality management; a directory of service providers, including concierge services, rental managers, cleaning companies, software publishers, and other services related to the sector; comparisons and profiles of software solutions dedicated to short-term rental management (channel managers, PMS, dynamic pricing tools, etc.); forms connecting users with listed professionals; and sponsored editorial content, where applicable.

The editorial content published on Hostnlib is provided for general informational purposes only and does not constitute personalized advice or a contractual offer. The comparisons, rankings, and presentations of service providers or software solutions offered on the site are based on FINADORY’s own editorial criteria and cannot be construed as engaging its liability regarding the suitability of any offer to an individual case.

5 – Sponsored Content and Partnerships

Certain articles, listings, or featured placements published on Hostnlib may be subject to a commercial partnership or compensation from a third party (advertiser, listed service provider, software publisher, partner). In accordance with the provisions of the French Consumer Code relating to unfair commercial practices, any sponsored editorial content is clearly and legibly identified as such, by way of a notice placed immediately adjacent to the content concerned (for example: “Sponsored article,” “Partner content,” or equivalent).

6 – Use of Artificial Intelligence in Editorial Production

FINADORY informs users that all or part of the text content published on Hostnlib (articles, advice guides, descriptions) may be generated or assisted by an artificial intelligence system, as part of the site’s editorial production process. The publication of this content undergoes periodic editorial review by FINADORY, without systematic human review prior to each posting.

This disclosure is provided pursuant to Article 50 of Regulation (EU) 2024/1689 of June 13, 2024, laying down harmonized rules on artificial intelligence (the “AI Act”), which requires, from August 2, 2026, that text content generated by an AI system and published to inform the public on matters of public interest be labeled as such.

Users who have reason to believe that content published on the site contains an error, an inaccuracy, or an imprecision are invited to report it to hello@finadory.com. FINADORY undertakes to review any such report and, where appropriate, to correct or remove the content concerned.

This clause anticipates an obligation taking effect on August 2, 2026; it may be refined once the European Commission’s code of practice (harmonized visual label, technical marking of content) is definitively published, expected sometime in 2026.

7 – Intellectual Property

All elements comprising the Hostnlib site (text, structure, visual identity, logos, illustrations, source code) are protected under copyright law and, where applicable, trademark law. FINADORY holds the intellectual property rights relating to the site or has the necessary authorizations for their use.

Any reproduction, representation, distribution, or reuse, in whole or in part, of these elements, by any means whatsoever, without the prior written authorization of FINADORY, is prohibited and may constitute infringement within the meaning of Articles L. 335-2 et seq. of the French Intellectual Property Code.

8 – Protection of Personal Data

The processing of personal data collected via the Hostnlib site (notably through the connection forms) is described in the Privacy Policy available on the site, which specifies the purposes of the processing, its legal basis, the recipients of the data, and the rights available to data subjects pursuant to Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and amended Law No. 78-17 of January 6, 1978.
